CSHRMS was started by Crucial Software, a technology company based in India. We were originally building custom HR tools for manufacturing and textile clients who were struggling with biometric device integration and complex shift-based attendance. Each client had unique requirements — grace hours, suspected attendance flags, multi-shift rotations — that off-the-shelf software couldn't handle.
